people who are online goes first. then follow alphabethic order for CAPITAL letters, then alphabetic order for the rest

Indeed. I think its sorted per the ASCII or equivalent value of the coach name. ASCII is one of the old codecs for alphabets: space is 32, 'A' is 65, 'a' is 97 etc. The list indeed seems to be sorted first in ASCII and then in online status.

And if you run the old greasmonkey script that shows who is ig (For you wippersnappers, it was written by Seraphim Red (I seem to remember), before the feature was integrated in Fumbbl) the budys are shown in increasing order of time offline
