Player has stripball + frenzy and blitzes the ball carrier (no surehands). First block result = push. Ball carrier fumbles, then recatches the ball.
Second block result = push. Ball carrier did not fumble.
I gather strip ball may only be used once per turn?

Not true of skills like sidestep and stand firm. Is there a specific rule for SB?
Or, more obviously, and the better analogy, since offensive skills, CPOMB. |

they are defensive skills. there is a rule somewhere that states skills can only be used once per turn. I cant say for sure if it applies to Sure Hands. Its an interesting question. I think the client probably handles it properly though. |

I'd guess strip can only be used once... skills turn italic once used (dodge for ex), and I suspect if you watch the replay you'll notice it on the strip play |

Sounds bugged to me, I would expect this rare case to allow the ball to be stripped again. |

Actually, the Skills section, page 23, says a skill can be used unlimited times per action, unless its description says otherwise. For example, Dodge & Pro both specify one use per turn. MB doesn't, so it applies to both blocks thrown with Multi. And SB doesn't. I suspect this is a bug. |

I'll submit a bug report and let the experts check it against the rules. To me, it should be usable twice if jugs can be used twice. |

Juggs can be used twice as it is part of the same action, as you say this is part of the same action too, so I think you are correct and it should be usable. |
