New in forum so, Hi y'all 
Firstly apologizies if this matter has been already spoken but I couldn't find out nothg about it.
I'd like to ask how to activate the skill "breaking tackle". This is the text when tryin to dodge with ST5 mummie with break tackle:
Dodge Roll [ 2 ]
Samuel Anders trips while dodging.
Roll a 7+ to succeed (AG 1 + 1 Dodge - 2 Tacklezones + Roll > 6).
Can anyone gimme a hint what it came up wrong?

Right above that text it will say break tackle was not used because it would not help. With Break Tackle your mummy would of had 5 AG for the dodge which means he would of needed a 3 to succeed. On skills like break tackle they are not used unless they will help. |

Equivalent of Ag5 means that you need a 1+ to make the dodge.
2 TZ means you need a 3+ to make the dodge.
You rolled a 2, so BT is automatically not used.
Make sense? |

Dodging into 2 tacklezones requires a roll of 3 or higher with break tackle and ST5.
Break tackle is automatically used when it makes dodge possible. That's why it didn't use it on your example, because it wouldn't work.

It's good to see. Wouldn't expect anything less from Sann0638. Stating "read a manual" doesn't help the poster out much and doesn't give him a great welcome to the site. Well done lads, and welcome Travelwind, you got the answer. |

As a side point, there is no way to decide wether the break tackle skill will be used. It will automatically trigger when it helps even if you'd rather use a RR and save the BT for a later dodge in the move (not that this really applies to mummies). |

Well I wouldn't have said 'read the manual' as it's a client thing. However if I still had the power I would have banned his arse and then claimed he was a multi deliberately trying to annoy me with one of my major pet hates; knowing that I was pretty vexed after the 'What skill for my clawpomb minmaxed team' and look I "finally" got a legend after 40 games on my mixmaxed high elves "and by the way half the options in the poll don't count" threads.
