To restart the client?

Any time i'm trying to connect a game it happens this:

"FantasyFootballClient Version 1.2.3
Connecting to fumbbl.com/78.66.212.6:22223 ...
Connection established.
The connection to the server has been closed.
To re-connect you need to restart the client."

What does exactly mean "to restart the client"? Should I to uninstall and reinstall Java? Or is it due to my security settings?
