Finished a game, but game isn't finished

I played a game, ended up losing 3-0, fine by me, but at the end of it, after the stats screen, we both closed the game, but now the game is in a state of loading? Only option is to resume it, but we are unable to do anything there, the game just tries to connect.

The game is probably lost in cyber space, what do? One of my thralls would have leveled 7 SPP and my Vampire would have gotten 2 SPP while my opponents team had upwards of 15 to 21 SPP. Any way to finish the game?

I know there was a spectator watching the game, would that alter anything?

I don't mind if the match would be reseted or completely lost to the cyberspace, but I would like to have my team unlocked and ready to play.

You will need to submit a ticket through the HELP tab at the top of the screen and then an admin will be able to help.

do you guys have an option to resume the game? Maybe if you both rejoin the game it can finish uploading whatever it didn't upload.
