High elf Lineman (Block, +AG) rolls double. And he is in awkward position.
Guard? Nerves of steel? Accurate/Strong Arm?
There is thrower who got Accurate, Block on this team. That Lineman doesn't know what to do. His team likes to pass. Maybe You can help him decide

Guard is the only choice for double. But maybe you want to specialize him in ball handling because of his agility increase and skip the double. In that case you have two other options imho : dodge or sure hands.

Dodge for the synergy with AG 5 and for protection.
Guard if you really want to use the double.
I'd take Dodge.

You have three options:

  1. Take Guard and use him as a very mobile support piece (next some combination of Dodge, Leap, Side-Step)
  2. Skip the double and build him as a leaping sacker (Leap, Strip Ball, Dodge)
  3. Skip the double and build him as a retriever (Dodge, Leap, Sure Hands).

I'd err on the side of taking the double, given 2) is better with a Wrestle piece, and with 3) I'd feel limited by his movement compared to the Blitzers/Catchers. But they're all valid options.

If he was mine I'd be rolling +ST for his 4th skill, +MA for hi 5th and +ST for his legend skill so I only have one skill slot available and I'd like Dodge. If I get terribly unlucky and roll a double instead of one of my stat ups he can have Guard. Wink

I suggest taking Guard, and then going for Leap on the third skill. He will be a specialist assist man, able to teleport to awkward spots to provide the critical assist.
