I dunno if anyone else has had this Prb... but I tried to Diving catch an Allmost 1 turn TD... I threw the Ball In Front of the player... and it didn't even ask me if I wanted to use D.C |

reread the diving catch description:
"The player may use this skill if the ball was thrown to him and missed."
so you have to actually target the intended receiver, the square in front of him will not do. |

yep.
Or do it the oldfashioned, two-turn way.
Or with chainpushbacks if you insist on doing it in one turn. I'm not a mathematician, but my gut tells me the odds favour that. |

Bendrig - That is a very good point that I would have missed. I was gonna combine Hail Mary with 2 diving catch guys (which they suggest in the LRB. However, I would have targeted a square in between them to maximize my chance for a catch.
The rule you quoted would have nullified my chance to to that!
