Damn, everybody else is sleeping, and now I have a craving for pizza! Damn you, I say!

In other news... mushrooms and ham, or pineapple bits and ham (hawaii). Or, something they call Ferhat. I'm not sure what's in it.

All cheese for me, may be fatty but nothing like chewing on a wad of quality mozza for half an hour... but the best pizza I ever had was something I whipped up while working in a small pizza joint, we had limited stuff to work with but I pressed some fresh onions into the dough and smoothed it over then heaped in some sauce with a few spaghetti noodles intermingled with peppers, and feta, then a layer of cheese with oregano and a layer of fresh tomato after cooking... not sure how it happened but some impossible reaction made the peppers sweeter and richer in flavour then anything I've ever tasted... lovely...

Yep, that's near the top. Also- Roasted Red Peppers, Feta, and believe it or not, Hummus (not necessarily all on the same pizza...but then again.../me picks up the phone)

Consider yourself on permanent invite for pizza round at mine. Smile

Sounds yummy.

Definetly worth a try: Spinach, Feta and fresh Garlic...
Also a nice one: Shrimps, Broccoli and Sauce Hollandaise

Could someone please give me a description of sarchiapone? I googled it but the only description I found sounded like a zuchinni grown downwind from a crystal-meth lab...
