So, I'm playing this guy who takes forever to play a turn. Everytime the timer goes off, and normally he only has 1-2 guys left to move... so he's just stalling.
I'm Khemri and I'm actually trying to win (unlike some teams I've heard), and when I bring up the fact he's taking forever, he tells me that he's going to disconnect if I complain again because I'm winning.
I haven't played on fumbll much, but is this the general attitude of most players?
The last person I played against was a cool guy, I failed a tie because my skeleton tripped on his gif... |

Well this is only one side of the story, but he sounds like a looser the way you describe it. I wouldn't worry, it is not normal. |

Stalling to no purpose is against the rules.
"Intentionally delaying the game by for example not ending your turn or by waiting for extended periods of time before moving is not allowed."
Your option is to report it to the admins via a support ticket. |

Some people are jerks, blacklist them and don't play them again. It doesn't happen often, or at least I almost never play someone as obnoxious as you described. |

if he's just moving his players slowly, and taking 4 plus minutes, nothing wrong with that.
the time limit is there, and as annoying as it might be, we are agreeing - by starting a game - that yr opps has 4 mins / turn (+10) to play. |

No, most people on fumbbl are not like that. |

He left.
The turn timer went off every turn since the 2nd turn where he got 2 unlucky rolls in a row.
In the second half he got very lucky and was going to get a TD for a tie, so he typed something to me saying that he's knew and that's why it's taking so long. I responded to him saying that even if he's knew it shouldn't take that long and that I was knew too. I also said that the turn timer has gone off every turn, and he left. |

It could be he is NEW to Fumbbl. Check his coach page to see how many games he has played. If he is a NOOB don't blacklist him just yet he'll get faster over time. If he ISN'T a NOOB BLACKLIST.
Noobs tend to either be TOO SLOW or the tend to make STUPID MISTAKES by playing TOO FAST. I was ALOT SLOWER in my first 30 or so games than I have been last 30. I haven't heard the TIMES UP BELL during my turn for many, many games now. He probably just doesn't know what he is doing yet. |

Ever since I got the upper hand in the game, he's been stalling on purpose.
He said he was new, I commented and he left the game. |

No Names.
I'm going to do a support ticket, but how do I tell the server time? |

Server time is European Central Time, which is GMT +1. Depending on where you are in the US, it should turn up to be something like +6 to +9.
The dude you had must have been an exception. Also helpful if you want to take a shortcut is #fumbbladmin on IRC, although they might tell you to file a ticket anyway. |
