I want to use a "set schedule" for the Grotty Little Tournament. I'd like to make sure that Oceanian coaches get a chance to participate. The qualifiers would involve committing to 2 consecutive games starting at a pre-determined time on a given Saturday and/or Sunday. What time do you think would be best for Oceanian coaches?
Oceanian coaches only please.
As Always,

Evo, I'll try and monitor a little bit the peak periods for when Oceanian people are online in #swl, this may give a bit more a concrete indication. |

[06:18] <EvolveToAnarchism> Is this the "Australian" league channel?

the prime for oceanian players is 6pm-10pm so 12-16 hours after you came into the channel |

on weekends, i'd say any time from 01:00 bb time would work well. Most australian coaches are +10:00 GMT, (though some are +8:00 or +9:30).
That makes it late morning local time.
On weekdays, 09:00 or or a little later would be the best bet. That would be around 6pm for most of the aussies. |

Well I haven't voted as I continue to suffer some weird mental block atttemptingto calculate BB time vs GMT vs My Clock. But Most above are correct.
Me personnaly? I am good from 10pm to 2am or so AEST (you do the math)
Note: To be fair about my affliction...even FUMBBL seems to have problems with the conversion. My profile TELLS the forum I am GMT +10 but it continues to list post times as 1 hour later than it actually is. Curious. |

hmm, does it seem a little strange to anyone else that there are a few people (2 so far) who thing that 6PM fumbbl time is a good time to start?
Doesn't that make it 3AM local time for most of Aussies??
I guess some people do shift work |

Noon here (Sydney) is 4am in BB time - and 8pm here is noon there.
oz - the mess up on the forum is because it isn't adjusting for daylight savings correctly. |
