No, it's not.
AG3 Long Bomb: Accurate on 6+, Inaccurate on 4/5, Fumble on 3/2/1
AG4 Long Bomb: Accurate on 5+, Inaccurate on 4, Fumble on 3/2/1
AG5 Long Bomb: Accurate on 4+, never Inaccurate, Fumble on 3/2/1
AG6 Long Bomb: Accurate on 4+, never Inaccurate, Fumble on 3/2/1

TRUE. But now after you do these things he can still THROW the ball the length of the Pass Ruler (or whatever that thing is called) so the TURN ENDS on a TD before your opponent gets to respond. |

Please, reread fidius' post 2 above yours. Passing does does not improve from ag5 to ag6.
If your want a perfect passer, you could instead of +st +ag +ag dodge go with strong arm, accurate, kickoff return and safe throw.
It is the non-passing actions that make a (good) case for the +st and +ags. |

Wait, looks like I considered the THROW option, and MA 9 + Sure Feet + AG 5 + Leap make the THROW option even better compared to a slow MA 7 AG 6 Leapless Thrower, and since the WD leaps over the opponent players he can avoid interceptions at all with fewer dice involved (and I'm not even mentioning the stalling possibilities granted by him, he can quite easily score as runner without passing the ball).
Anyway, if the OP wants to take AG 6 on his Thrower, more power to him, if he likes to roll more dice to achieve the same goal, who am I to stop him? |
