I personally go for Big Hand over Extra Arms at least on 1Horror as it makes it much easier to capitalise on your opponents mistakes.

Any team that can take mutations, BH is a better starter skill than X-Arms so you can Stunty into a pack, get the ball, then high-tail it out. I usually go BH, 2H, then XArms on the ball retriever.

Two Heads is the best first skill you can take on a 3 AG mutating stunty. 2+ dodges EVERYWHERE.

Then 2 heads, unless +AG (got one!)
At least two horrors.
