I want to see some more star players. I think aiming for 3 on every roster would be great. The star players are listed next to their teams on the first post. Some like Will-o-wisp need changing as well because she is pretty much the most useless thing ever.

why not make her a Hypno specialist since she cant do anything else

I'm a MASSIVE stunty fan and can't wait for the migration.
There certainly needs to be something done about secret weapons and I really think that buying bribes in the roster is the way forward (otherwise teams like goblins cheaters will be history).
Claw and RSC also needs to be looked at, as previously mentioned most stunties (excluding the big guys of course) are fairly low AV, changing it to MB and/or PO is the next best substitute in the new rules, but how this would be allocated with teams migrating is going to be a challenge (and may see the end of my nurglings and their RSC players).
Also did I read on another post that tackle will stop affecting players with the right stuff trait? If so will make stopping those lil guys even harder!! |

few notes:
@whatball: i was one of the voices against removing halflings back in the day when flings & goblins were removed from the league....
it was my understanding at the time, that part of the decision to do so, was due to some database problems with having an [R] goblin/fling & an [S] goblin/fling...whether or not that's accurate, i'm not 100%, but it seems reasonable...
goblins currently have representation in the league as cheaters...flings are there as cflings, but they're not true flings....i would love to see a real fling team come back to the league, and am open to suggestions...my only rule is...they can't be called halflings...they need to have some sort of derivation thereof, a la goblin cheaters....
now....in regards to new rosters...i have always stood behind the community proposing new roster ideas, but i have some requirements for anyone suggesting anything....
a) there must be fluff...fluff helps to define the roster and give you some level of cohesiveness to the team, instead of just throwing together random things that look cool...
b) it has to jive within the universe that blood bowl exists in...while herp derp rosters are always fun to laugh at and have fun with, they don't fit in blood bowl, ergo they don't fit in stunty...if you have to come up with some sort of explanation like "well, i'm sure the world has cockroaches, so an insect roster fits!!", then your roster idea *will not work*...
c) no "ling" names, unless you can justify it by lore, as in examples of a real race named this that can fit the universe setting...it's not going to fly...be more original people..."deadling" is a perfect example of something that isn't going to fly...conversely, "halfling" is a real race, which is why i'm willing to let it pass...
long story short, think about what you want to create, and put some thought and research into it...the best race concepts, while being brand new, have a history to them, and come from the world, and not thin air...

No that is just something that Galak wants playtested for LRB7 if it were ever to happen. So tackle will still affect players with right stuff, unless Shadow says otherwise(i'm pretty sure he wouldnt do anything so stupid)
What about calling them Deadites (like evil dead) thats cheesy in the right way imo.

hehe, when you created League flings and Gobbos you choose the Stunty flings since the trees had G access  |

The worst part of "lings" is that they mostly seem to be "here's a stunty version of some Official roster." What is the fascination with that?
If you've got a completely blank slate to work from, come up with a unique concept based around some game mechanic that hasn't already been used on ones of those canonical teams. Ideas like Dreadclaw's Phantasms stick out in my mind as a good example. Much better than "Hey, there's Slann in CRP so what about Tadpoles in stunty!?!"
