Right Click, "Save As.." to your computer somewhere. Then upload that *.png file to your "Gallery" here on fumbbl. Then (once approved, meaning NOT surrounded in red anymore in your gallery) add it to your team bio. Add at least a bit of text as well to the bio so people can see the image. Enjoy.
