So, I've definitively proven that I'm too little in control of my life's events to participate in a regular league, but....

I'm too awesome not to have great ideas for leagues!

So, with client customization available, here is how it would work:

Rosters: as listed in CRP for races, numbers of positionals, and stats.

Skill choices:
Any player with less than 3 AG only has access to agility skills.

Any non-stunty player with less than 3 ST has access to only Strength Skills.

Any player with both AG and ST 3 or higher has access only to Passing Skills.

Any player with Stunty Skill only has Mutation access.

Any player with Titchy skill only has General access.

I would further suggest that stat increases be allowed but not change access, and that doubles do not allow access to other skills.

Well, first of all, the West Coast has no sunlight, secondly, when you say 'fish' you mean 'salmon' which is disgusting, and third, I'm awesome, you are a tumor!
