The small and far region of Cathay has been silent for decades, watching the development of the Blood Bowl without taking place in it. Cathay warlords were too haughty to join a such vulgar sport, while the high priests of the Azure Dragon were too old and weak. The warriors had other matters to care about and the women... hey, women? Are you serious? Pff.
But the Emperor of Cathay, the supreme Lord of Everything wants his share of fame, and so he decided to start train teams to cut him a slice of popularity that can allow him having his place in this rude competition. He has too few troops to start a proper war, so better try with Blood Bowl. But what guys should he assign to this task? After a long contemplation he came to the decision that only the short-sized but tough monks that worship the great Monkey King could try to join this still obscure sport, and he convinced them with kind, rightful arguments: he invaded their region, burned out several of their temples, slaughtered dozens of innocents and kidnapped the holy elders, menacing to kill them if the monks refuse to obey and play. The peaceful monks had no choice but do as it was commanded them, and they started raising teams and traveled to the far lands where Stunty stadiums are located, to try the impossible task. They summon creatures with their magical, sacred scrolls, to help them in those bloody games. Will they succeed? Will they fail? Will they be wiped out as leaves in Autumn, or grow up strong like roses in Summer? Nobody can tell it. But at least, hell, no women in this team!

0-12 Monks (45K)
[5,2,3,6]
[dodge, stunty, thick skull, nerves of steel, right stuff]

Monks doesn't wear an armor, but their hard physical train has made 'em hard to KO. They trained hard on mental skills too, so their mind is impossible to distract.
[A]
[P,S,G on doubles]

0-2 Weremonkeys (80K)
[6,2,3,6]
[dodge, stunty, sneaky git, strip ball, right stuff]

Weremonkeys are Monks who intentionally got bitten by the sacred monkeys that live in the surroundings of the temples. They have a percentage of monkey-blood in them, and this blood is pretty unstable and sometimes bring them to mutate in strange beasts. They're agile and can easily steal objects like monkeys do, so they strip ball too. They're also great sons of bitches, like all monkeys, and have the ability to foul without being spotted by the ref.

[G]
[A,P,S,M on doubles]

0-2 Undead Baboons (75K)
[4,3,2,7]
[dodge, regeneration, disturbing presence]

Undead Baboons are strong and big monkeys brought back to life from Monk's magic scrolls. They are rotting and covered in flies and maggots, and standing next to them is pretty disturbing. But their festering muscles and ligaments doens't allow them to be so agile when they dodge.

[S]
[G,A,P on doubles]

0-1 Monkey King (110K)
[5,5,2,8]
[TTM, mighty blow, leap, very long legs, wild animal]

Mighty Monkey Kings are oversized mythical monkeys who only lives around the temples of the Monks. They are still agile for their size, and thanks to their long legs they can leap with a certain grace both from a branch to another than into an opponent's cage. They are savage and strong, wild as hell, if commanded they can throw team mates.

[S]
[G,A on doubles]

No loner on the big guy: intentional?
I'd make the weremonkeys AV7 and/or MA7, but start without wrestle.

The fluff says 'foul without being seen by the ref' which is sg. dp is foul hard and F the ref.

Any team with undead baboons is a winner.

I like the fluff and logic of AV6 thick skull.
I think the team is underpowered as is.
The baboons look pretty useless with AG2 and only A access. Sidestep diving tackle then retirement seems the only acceptable development plan for them, which makes them expensive linos.
Why not give them only S access instead? From the description, I think decay would be fitting as well.

Changes made

- Changed wrestle with strip ball on Weremonkeys (explained in the fluff). changed dirty player with sneaky git
- Changed [A] acces with [S] access on Undead Baboons
- The Monkey King is well acquaninted with the Monks who worship him, so he's no a loner.

Dear Lord, I just attained 'Shadow' level of disillusionment.

A 'Monkey' team? Really?

Monkeys are nice fellas. What's wrong with a team based on them?
