So we are into September now and Halloween's not far away which got me thinking; is there going to be a Nercomancer's Nightmare this year?
I enjoyed it a lot last year and have been looking forward to it for a while, but I've not heard any news about it. Anyone know if its happening or not? |

That is the plan. Ideally we would be wrapping up the Stunty Cup now, but things are behind schedule as it took me a lot longer than expected to get the Handbook done and the revamp changes made. Shadow is also extremely busy. Hopefully we can get the SC started soon and then the Necro will run after it, maybe a bit later than usual. |

It's still up in the air. Stunty Cup is coming up sooner than later, expect an announcement within the next 24 hours. I'm debating dropping one tournament in this next cycle, just to get the tournaments to the month timeframe that I want them in, but I'm still waffling on it. I don't know yet.
Necro will kick off though.

I think we can still squeeze in both, even if the Necro has to run more in the winter. Then we get back on track with the next Exploding Cup. Ultimately your call though, I know you are busy. |

Honestly, the Exploding Cup is one of the highlights of my time on FUMBBL. Loved every minute. I wonder how many Pro Halflings we'll see in there this year?  |

Honestly, if I drop a tournament for this year's cycle, it would be the FCC, thusfar. The tournament won't be removed entirely, but I wasn't entirely pleased with how the format played out(it felt clunky), and I'm considering redoing it. With that in mind, if changes are made, it will still be the FCC, but just with a system change.

That sounds reasonable. It did drag on. Is it possible to have a double-KO tournament? I.e. a KO with a B-side (where 1st round losers go), where the winner of the B-side gets a crack at the A-side winner, needing to beat them twice in a row to win it all. |

Thanks for the replies.
Necromancer's Nightmare is still one of the biggest severed limbs of fun I've had on FUMBBL and it revived my waning love for the game last year.
Now my love's kind of waned again I'm hoping for another revitalising experience! I'll be waiting. |
