Just getting one to the level of a 151CR coach looks like a difficult enough task to me.

I think the current status of my AI is that it plays well enough to be interesting up to about a 155CR coach. It can cage decently, play a passing game, knows how to surf and is clever enough to avoid the sideline. It works generically for all races, doing some rough assessments of the relative racial strengths when deciding strategy. I have unreleased code that also sets up Elf-style screens.
Its not that hard to make it better either. I spent most of my time actually working on the client and infrastructure around the Bot rather than the Bot itself. I guess I would be more motivated if it was in a client where people could spectate and generate a buzz etc. Apparently the new Cyanide Blood Bowl 2 will be scriptable I am curious to see how that will play out. |

Ok I updated the link to the AI on my Blog, and put it below. Dropbox should be a bit more stable.

Neat. I'll take another look at where yours is now.
If cyanide's bb2 is scriptable, I may have to actually try them; if only to make a good ai; though you'll probably beat me to it |

a pansy option for leagues: no permanent injuries.
Yes I know it's pansy and unbloodbowly. |

allow all uppercase team names again
this is because all non-latin unicode letters are treated as uppercase
examples:
الوزن على كتفيك
আয়রন স্কিনস
are treated all uppercase |

I think that's a bad idea on an English language based site.
Not only is there an admin load on checking the meaning, but it's also painful for the searches. |
