I suspect that some of the top coaches in the field who have some nice elf teams decided at the last minute...to heck with it...just bring the bash and see what happens. |

I predicted it. Perfect match up for gobos still not easy mind and a great win. Sadly my gobos didn't stand a chance, nuffle just didn't give them a hope as they failed everything. Was a funny game mind. |

The SoB have to get past a very grubby undead team in the first round. A lot will depend on how much soap the Ref brings to clean up the game but the 470k of inducements will help. |

** Deep in the heart of the Northern Wastes **
The palace of eternal suffering, in the heart of the keep, the room of the 4 thrones is in anarchy.
The Great Lord Nurgle sits there taking the verbal barbs from his 3 other rivals. His face is contorted in rage and shock.
The Great Lord Khorne keeps playing the replay of the Griefers getting taken behind the woodshed by some goblins and laughing, crying out this is the best comedy of Blood Bowl he has scene in ages.
The Great Lord Tzneetch sits there going over the replay, ripping into the Griefers coaches complete non comprehension of how to coach Blood Bowl. Imploring his fellows to explain to him how this pathetic coach could be considered one of the champions of Nurgle.
Nurgle looks up to offer a defense of Jimmy but then just shakes his head and gives up. One cannot defend the undefensable.
The Great Lord Slaneesh just sits in the corner all giddy and laughing at the pure futility that is on display. Maybe though he can turn Jimmy. Make him see the errors of his thinking following that bloated Nurgle thing. Maybe he should send his high priestess to his tent tonight and convince him that the ways of Nurgle is for fools.
The laughter and merry making last long into the night as the Great Lord Nurgle festers in the utter failure of one of his Blood Bowl champions. |
