Starting this Thursday 14th May!!
FORMAT: OPEN ROUND ROBIN + Playoff (semis + final)
DURATION: 12 days
STARTING: 14th May
DEADLINES: None. During 12 days play as much as you wish when you wish

WHAT'S NEW?
Rules Board has been working on rules changes and has decided to implement the following changes:
1. ONLY 1 APO/IGOR per team (before it was 2 APOS or 1 IGOR + 100k). The reason for this change is to simplify the rules.
2. In compensation for the change mention above, ALL TEAMS WILL GET 2 CARDS for FREE.
THE REST OF RULES REMAIN THE SAME

Would be interesting to bring either Mahrak Assassins or Zara's Seven to the show...
But I don't think it's the right format for me. Anything that says "play as much as you wish when you wish" while these games still matter is problematic for me (because I'm either disappointed by not being able to play enough or by playing too much. :-/ |

Wellcome BLOOD BOWL fans to ALL STARS Wild Card III Play Off!.
The "Wild Card Game" have been played and semifinals are ready now.
WILD CARD GAME
AC UDAGORRI wins 1-0
 Athletic Club Udagorri
 Michigan State Spartan Ogres
1-0 and Athletic Club Udagorri progresses to the semifinals. Michigan State Spartan Ogres reputation and hype was big when joining ALL STARS. 10 highly developed ogres roster plus a NCBB KILLER LITE BOWL title made them one of the sensations of this edition of ALL STARS.
However,Blood Bowl has changed a lot since 2507. They suffered from Ogres bone-head and lack of a reliable Ball carrier. Critics point out that intensive fouling with DP and/or Sneaky Git snotlings, spam PRO skill and CHEF every game has to be a MUST DO for any Ogre team entering ALL STARS. They put up big fights and cause havoc among rivals but results didn't come, 1 tie and 1 lost game in regular season. Grotty and Scrappa did most of the ball handling but no back up for them once they were removed from the field. In addition, they were unlucky with injuries and surprisingly enough they were the team taking the worst injuries this tournament, 1 ogre dead and another one with a SI.
Athletic Club Udagorri had a quiet regular season and walked into play offs with a (0-1-2) record. A well known team in the OLC circuit with 2 titles, it was just a matter of time for them to show their real potential. Their play has been improving game after game and players have learned new skills which make them a real force now that they stand at 1920 tv. They dominated the "Tempo" of the game but couldn't get the winning score until the last seconds of regulation time.
And what's next? Semifinals. Don't miss the action!

We have the first FINALIST. And let me tell you something my friends...what an amazing game we had here, pure Pro BLOOD BOWL!

Yes my friends, this was an EPIC match! Top quality coaching, top notch players on the field, Blood, Drama...this game had it all!!
Leaping +AG Chaos Warriors, Blodge + Stand firm Blockers, 2 monster freak Bull centaurs, Morg and Grashnak, Hthark on the other side...OT needed and all went down to Grashnak failing a blitz on the s4! ball carrier!
we asked Grashnak what happened there and that's the answer we got: "Granshnak no have block......Grashnak eat astrogranite!" That's a straight forward answer!
And when we asked his coach, we were given this..."bugger!!!"

And the FINAL is set. 2nd semifinal unreveals the last finalist: Lahmia Black Souls. Game played in extreme hot conditions and winner pulls the win in the very last seconds of regulation time.

Extreme weather conditions caused Morg and the st5 BOB to need rest at the start of second half for the orcs. This could have been it for orcs as necros where 1-0 up at half time. However, orcs used their excellent passing game to equalise by mid second half.
Extreme heat stayed and necros were affected now as a golem and the star ghoul need rest whereas all orcs and Morg where back on the field. A risky 1d block and a ball carrier foul allowed necros to get deep in orcs half. Morg and Bobs went for risky moves too, taking dodges and gfi to have a chance to stop the score. And they nearly succeed...but a -2d push+push clear the path for necros to get the win at the very end of 2nd half.
Keep tuned Blood Bowl fans! The final is coming up very soon...as soon as this Friday morning?. OBC will report in exclusivity from ALL STARS Wild Card Finals
