I have a dilemma. Agawa is the best elf thrower I've ever had, he has 147 SPP with Pass, Safe Throw, Accurate, Kick Off Return, Pro, Block, and Dodge. Normally I know he is sack-worthy, but with Kick Off Return, I think he will still be able to get to a lot of kicks, and with Accurate he will be able to throw it to a lot of receivers. I'm not quite sold on sacking him yet, what do you think?

I'd wait until you get the other thrower to 16.

He definitely doesn't get to handle the ball turn 1 anymore though.

If he is working out ok for you then I say keep him just because he is so weird, deserves to get to legend at least. Surprised

I think it's because he got -MA early so I didn't use him much for hitting or dodging, so I figured pro would be better and I could always get blodge later.

Most coaches would probably never give a ball handler pro since failing the 4+ pro roll means losing the ball.

My skill path for elf throwers is:

surehands, dodge, block, accurate, (doubles strong arm)
or
surehands, dodge, block sidestep, (doubles guard)

it was always my dream to have a slow moving passer.. or a team that employs this kinda of player unit...

that being said.. even if it wasn't one of the absulte key attributes for a passer you lost twice.. I couldn't think of many players I'd like to keep after two stat losses... the sane thing is to get rid of him... but he isn't going to be terrible..

Well, -MA is better on a passer than a runner, that's for sure. And yes, kickoff return helps. I would sack, though might consider letting him reach legend first (like I will this guy, who got a -stat in both his last 2 games, after 69 games without one).

I've kept -MA -MA players before. this guy functions fine as an LoS guarder without apo priviliges, for instance.

i would sack him...

you have already a team of loners.
he increased too much your TV for nothing...
and you have already a new thrower needing some SPP...

Retire him and here is why.

1)He is MV4 and a serious liability when it comes to that

2)Looking at his history and the teams match history you have a MV4 thrower who runs over to pick up the ball, he throws it to a team mate and his job is done, it looks like he does that 2 or 3 times a match. He has no other role on the team. A rookie thrower or lino can do that job. He does not score TD so obviously you are quick passing to the catchers so they can score.

3)Pro? why not sure hands or sure feet?

4)Based on point #2 it seems to me that the way you coach your team. There is no need for a thrower on the team.

Not helpful but...

GO HAWKS!

actually I'd say keep until you get to legend, if you get to legend, then hope for a stat increase and then use the potion.
