Each team has their coach create a team trinket for them which will be awarded to any team that beats them. So the Reikland Reavers trinket could be a mini gold team helmet to signify the honour of beating such a mighty team, whereas the Green Tide would have a Great Gobbo's planning crayon as their trinket. A small picture upload would be required.
Each team would then have a section in their homepage created called the trophy room where all trinkets and titles could be displayed.
Another option would be to have a team sock instead of a trinket which coaches could modify from a set of basic designs on the site, and have them in the trophy room instead. |

Of course, one can always simply use the opponent's team logo for that purpose - if only the majority of the teams had one. |

I was thinking something more along the size of a player icon (not a pic, an actual FUMBBL tile)? |

I love this idea, definitely the Cranberries would happily supply a badge. In fact I vaguely remember playing about with a design for something similar a while back. Some sort of stock template to keep the badges a uniform size or shape would be a good move
