Pact should have exactly the access they have.

Humans may come for the same price but they also have positionals.
What marauders have besides the linemen is a bunch of more rubbish players.
It's a pretty fair tradeoff.

If there is any issue with them is that they have access to an overpowered skill combo. And any race with access to said combo is a bit unbalanced in this ruleset.

Pact maybe stand out more in box because they can maintain that skillcombo on a lower TV.
The mere existance of a flawd skill combo hardly makes the race of pact flawed.

There (still) is a very easy fix to this. And it doesn't require doing anything with pacts.

Helves and Delves definitely don't need a big guy, nor are there any that really fit the theme that well. Amazons I guess could have an ogre fluffwise but don't really need it. I can't think of the other non-big guy teams.

Pro elves.
Khemri.
Undead.
Necromantic.
Vampire.

I disagree. It's having that combo on a player with TV 110 that makes them even nastier in some TV cheese builds. (which is also where you point the problem)
That's cheaper than a dodge elf blitzer, or as cheap as a rookie witch elf.

Which is what pretty much everyone is saying. The problems aren't with the roster, but with the ruleset. What's the point in fixing the roster to comply with a cracked ruleset? Absolutely none.

Fix TV, fix 'the combo' and revamp leader. There is no problem at all with this roster.

With Games Workshop hasn't Chaos-anything basically been for the amusement of 12 year olds while the adults at the table have more refined taste and sophistication.

Nope, they are still playing a game made for 12 year olds after all....
