Can anyone recommend good players to follow on here replay-wise for Dark Elf teams? Also any good youtubers that have commentary explaining why they're doing certain things?

not sure about you tube, but watch petew, he is pretty handy with DE

In the header of any forum page, you see "FUMBBL" at the extreme left. Under that is "Top Lists" - go there. Under "Race", select "Dark Elf". Then try diff "Statistics" (and hit "Show") - Most Blocks (team), Top Blocker (player), sim w/ Passing - and see what coaches and Teams keep jumping out (pen & paper doesn't hurt).

Go to those teams, and watch some games when they are ~about~ the same TV as your team. Go to the Coaches of those teams, and see if they have other DE teams to watch. (Check for Retired teams too!)

(And check the win/loss record to make sure they are good and not just "over-active" - make sure you have Quality and not mere Quantity.) Wink

This won't necessarily give you the best coach, nor all the best, but it's a solid place to start.

Reisender, with El Drizzto and the Gang tore up the box 2 years ago. there was a 26 game winning streak in a 114/23/28 record. pretty awesome

I do mostly play DE on tabletop (besides my box DE), but you could listen to me speak about DE for 50 min on the pod cast Three Die Block (http://threedieblock.libsyn.com/three-die-block-106-heart-of-darkness)

IMHO happygrue is very good. He's owned me in many games (often Majors) with his DE.

It could be worse. You could have had 25 DE teams, have played 70% of your 1k games with DE, have picked ruthlessly, and still only be 453rd...
