Hello, and welcome, one and all, to the greatest bloodsport in all the lands. This sport is Blood Bowl.

This league, will be a non-progression league, in which every starting roster will contain 12 players of Legend status.

Currently, the League is looking for coaches, and staff members. All races are welcome, so long as they can be found in the [L] Division. The following rules will be implemented:
1: All roster submissions are to be Rookie teams in the [L] Division
2: Any race is allowed
3: Each team will be given builder games until they have a roster containing 12 players who are each legends
4: Halfling, Goblin, Lizardman, Vampire, Ogre, Underworld will be allowed 4 additional bench players each skilled to Veteran.
5: Claw will not stack for armor breaks
6: Piling On only works to reroll an injury roll
7: Sneaky Git players who are banned will be placed in the KO box
8: Right Stuff negates Tackle on blocks
9: Each coach is allowed to fire unskilled players during the building period and replace them with positionals if they were unable to afford all positionals on a rookie roster (Slann, Norse, and Simyin are good examples of these races.)
10: No roster is allowed more than 4 Team RRs (Leadership RRs are an exception)

I'm hoping this league will garner enough interest to host 2 divisions, preferably in a European timezone and an American timezone respectively. A Division will consist of a minimum of 8 teams.

This sounds interesting. What exactly are builder games?

Without wishing to come across like an ass; I think you need to think your ideas through a bit more before launching them (like your roster designs for example).

This is not going to work for many reasons. Not until the resurrection format is open to everybody at least.

1. You cannot add skills in any way to non-progression teams. If you make a non-progression team and add skills (only admin can do this btw), it will automatically become progression team.

2. Have you worked out how many builder games each team would require? Let's say in a feeder match you garner 50 spp (and that's a lot of spp for one match, doubt you'd actually get near that most games). You would need 42 feeder games per team. That means if you get your 16 teams, you're going to have to sit there can click through 10752 turns just to get your league started. If each feeder games lasts 20 minutes (again probably would be more than this to organise, get it going, repair the feeder team) it would take 224 hours of feeding (over 9 days solid). Are you that dedicated?

3. The only way to do this would be with admin help. This is not going to happen. Each team would require around 3 hours work for an admin, for a league that's new and likely not to last long. No admin would do that, nor should it be expected of him.

My advice is to wait until resurrection becomes a solid format and then re-evaluate your league idea.
