What is the process for this and which group do i need to apply to with my new team ?

Anyone got a good template for a custom pitch? Now that my players have achieved stuff, I feel the team deserves some love.

I'm working off Schraag's scripts, so I don't have the data easily on all categories. Happy to do those other awards if I can get the data.
