i think this is a good start for my team but im not sure what to try to develop next????????????? any advice?

Start getting Mighty Blow and Claws on your Chaos Dwarf Blockers
Stand Firm or Side Step for your guards
Block then Sure Hands on your MA 7 Bull (Dodge and Break Tackle will also help)
Tackle, Guard, and Mighty blow for your other Bull (with Claws or Strip Ball if you get the chance)
One of your hobgoblins needs Sneaky Git and Dirty Player

All in all, that is a scary looking team so far
