So I will say lizards and Woolf elves
My side is
6 Saurus
4 elf linemen
1 war dancer
2 re rolls
1 ff 10k
= 990k
And if we are talking long term we could have
1 tree
1 Krox
6 saurus
2 dancers
for 10 players
Plus a thrower, maybe 2 catchers for 13 in total. |

I think it could be cool to see some nega traits imposed on some of these teams. For instance:
Elf Dorf alliance - elves and dorfs have animosity for ball carrying purposes AND for the use of guard - so on a roll of 1 a dorf guard can't assist an elf block
Pestilence - all of the bashy elements of the team have decay and the speedy elements have bonehead?
Humans and Ogres alliance - all of the humans also have bonehead? (they must be pretty stupid to be signing up to an ogre alliance ) |

I do like this as an answer to the Chaos Pact kind of team. Human Blitzers would be a good choice....but maybe elf linemen instead? Either way, I think there is a definite appetite for a "good-alliance" kind of team that would feature a mix of races. |

I'm actually playing a team like this. Their downside is that they can't skill (and they can't be a season 1 team). |

It's crying out Tilean/Dogs of War. Except the lino is a av7 human. All those races were available to DoW, so it fits pretty well. I see no reason not to have a halfing tilean team though.
Another idea. My vision of the Haffenheim Hornets is that they can take Ogres. Ogres and Flings have a history. However the Hornets were devoured by the Oldheim Ogres by mistake. So in recompense I can see them suppying Ogres for the Hornets. |

The most OP Colleges of Magic style good-alliance I can think of to face the fluff-congruent but balance-horrible Skaven/Nurgz team would be:
- Primary: Dwarfs
- Secondary: Pro elfs - 2 blitzers, 3-4 catchers
- Tertiary: 'flings - 2 treemen
