Chaos dwarf officials are looking into how a goblin team has made it into the 3rd round without having played a game. Rumours of bribes, intimidation, and a trio of goblins stood on each other's shoulders dressed in a long coat and moustache while impersonating a NAF Official have surfaced, but as yet there has been no official confirmation. The_Great_Gobbo has denied all involvement...

Maybe Skaven and elvish participants should join major tournaments with >11 players on their roster?
