This guy on this team rolled normal for his 5th skill. The options I'm considering are:

  • Jump Up - make him more mobile, and more of a threat
  • Diving Tackle - make him even more annoying to get off the ball carrier
  • Strip Ball - make his sacking attempts more successful

I had contemplated Frenzy, but if he survives to legend and rolls doubles, I'd want to take Guard; and I'd imagine Frenzy would play havoc with the careful positioning needed to get best use of Guard.

What say the forums?

Surehands, STR4 and blodge will make it a nightmare to get the ball off him.

I would look to make Xavier Quickfire your ball hawk, give him wrestle next followed by strip ball. If he lasts long enought give him leap.

DT complements his current skills really well.

Agree with easilyamused, I would go surehands and make him your main ball runner. I would take fend as his legend if you don't roll a doubles as he will be a target. That being said you could take any of the mentioned skills & it wouldn't hurt - depends a lot on how you like to play them.

You do need sure hands somewhere, but another blodge blitzer can take it. This guy screams for diving tackle. Or leap, for the unassisted cage jumps.

Leap on ST4 is great. But you already made your choice I see...

The poll was pretty conclusive for DT. The first time he used it to KO a gutter runner, I knew it was the right choice.

DT the right choice since when he's on the floor voluntarily we can all foul him to death Smile
