How do I change TV to TV1100?
Can I give skill rolls to players or '6' spp? And can I choose them to be 'normal' and 'double' rolls?
and if I want to change it to none progression, should I just set all teams to none progression?

You can't do any of that yet.
All teams and tournament have to be non-progression. However they have to be rookie. I believe (used to be anyway) this has to be done when the team is made.
What you can do is give money as inducements. |

Depends which part you mean. However over 1000TV resurrection, at the moment; yes. The long term plan is that will become a usable feature though. |
