well the teams that need them are deads/evil so it could be nercomancer's horde deal and they pay henchmen to help crush the rich kids? and then stunty teams that may get squished into needing stars are usually really popular and just be like "I'm deeproot Strongbranch's third Cousin in law, just hold up I'll give him a call, I owe him 300 for last night's feast. Why am I, a fling, related to a tree you say?... Wow look at the time" *fling-hurls away* |

The necromancer can be a spoiled brat that don't know how to raise anything except zombies and skeletons. Other teams are simply their to be beaten up, but who knows, everybody loves a underdog story. |

I'd say second rate nobodies. Maybe they're linemen who want to become positionals and are training their way to that, for some teams, and the teams where the players don't become positionals (i.e. Goblins, halflings, teams with other races) are invited to train with them under specific conditions because the players need exposure. |
