The deadline is 2200 Server time. Shortly after that the draw generally takes place. Teams have to have applied and be "readied" by 2200 Server time, or they will be kicked out. |

Well, if this is for the Pickers challenge you must submit your pickers card by the end of the first round.
IF you pick a team after they have played already and won, well, then you will not get full points for the pick, just like any player who jumps in on round #2. |

I think you way over estimate how many matches will be played really early. |

Even if some guys wants to play straight away they still need the good fortune of being paired with like minded player. Their is not usually more than one or two games played first night. |
