I'd just like to make a global request to everyone to avoid using the words "tonight", "tomorrow", "today" etc. when organising times, especially when sending a message late at night or early in the morning. |

Yes, the guide is currently in a rewrite for more clarity.
Yes I intended to have it done by now.
No it is not done.
At this stage, as there are 3 confs and 5 places to fill, you will see the winners in each conf and the highest-placed number twos promote. Obviously this can be affected by parkers/drafters and the influence of the Elder Gods.
I know you all want a 'perfect' way of predicting who will go up and down, but unfortunately it doesn't work that way. Even with proposed revisions, there will still be grey areas (Maybe. I think. We shall have to see.)

why not just alter Prem to allow for the 2 from each conference....
yes this will mean prem goes up and down in size, but it'd make the system work smoother... |

I think the number of teams relegated from premier is a more important value to optimise than the number of teams promoted from each conference. |

Also, we don't always have 3 confs. If (as we usually hope) we get 4 confs then to 2 up would not work. |

No problems, it's a legitimate question.
Also, i presume ramchop is referring to the fact that there is the guide as a separate group page, and the guide on the SWL group page. One (the latter) is considerably more up to date (but still needs updating.) |

Ahhh I get it now.
That being said, both still say top two are promoted.
Also I didn't realise racial restrictions also had a minimum. Where's the second Khemri side? If someone kills Ubirr, I will take them up. And cry a lot. |

The two big changes for the guide will be an update in terms of the rules or relegation and promotion as well as the new racial balancing system. Both have been explained but only in forums. |
