How can be possible that I have to waste 1 hour of my time because my opponent during a crucial turn of mine leaves, then comes back and times me out because the timer didn't stop when he left?
I have to ask the admins to cancel a game likely won because one guy abuses of the client timer.
Why such people is not banned from the site? |

Because those are the rules. I agree completely with you that this is a joke but nothing is going to change. |

Or when he speaks but say in his bio that he dosnt read what the other pple say...so he speaks what he wants you cant answer....
Dos that ring a bell to you mdd31? |

Already submitted ticket and PM, but I want that everybody, even the newcomers, knows that if an opponent leaves during their turn they might be unfairly timed out.
This is not the first time that this thing happens to me. |

Unfortunately the 'solution' (such as it is) is for you to also exit the client, communicate via PM or IRC or whatever about rescheduling, and go off and do something else.
Of course waiting a few minutes is fine, but if an opponent disappears and can't/won't respond in a timely manner, then this is what I would suggest.
Your time is valuable, waiting for minutes for a rejoin may or may not be worth it. |

except you are not making a PSA; you are whining petulantly.
chill out and wait for the admins to fix this. it's not their fault. |

The turn counter should be changed to pause when one person leaves perhaps. At least if in it is in the turn of the coach still present. But leave the total timer running.
Timing out is absurd in this case though and likely admins will sort it out the next day. |
