In the Aussie league I coach they have made some factions. I am currently coaching an orc side, so the idea is that the "faction" is orc & goblin blood bowl sides.
Naturally they have asked me to be a part of it. (Especially as I am the only winner in 65 odd seasons #fumbblbrag)
I have said yes, but I sort of didn't want to. Anyway the issue for me is that in my heart I am a Lizardman coach. I took Orcs as Lizards weren't available.
I am sure most people here have a favourite race, even if they don't always play them. But do you think, that you, the coach, has a race? As weird as it sounds, I have always considered myself a 'Lizardman'. A Saurus.
I mean there used to be a coaches icon, that you could get kicked out of the stadium for arguing with the ref. Were you a human? Or not? |

I'm an out of shape, somewhat reserved Norseman who isn't violent by nature. I was expelled from Norsca and could only find work as a physicist to my shame. The only things that gives evidence to my glorious and barbaric heritage are my copious amounts of body hair and sometimes gruff demeaonor... and I'm too tall to be a Dorf. |

Goblin Fanatic: somewhat poorly directed, headstrong, and doesn't quite follow the normal rules. Spends a lot of time on the bench. Doesn't recover quickly from knocks.
It's like it was made just for me. Either than or a Mino, for not quite following what you want. |

Are you sure about that?
I actually consider you a Lizardmen coach.
From an SWL perspective I'm definitely a Norse coach. In recent times I'm a Pygmy coach.

Favorite races are Norse and Pro Elves, even though I have a soft spot for humanity. I'm totally a cross between a norseman and a pro elf.

I do Humans first and foremost these days. But I was an Orc coach exclusively for my first ten years on tabletop. People used to joke that I had green skin and only wore pink make-up. |
