I have never heard the term "Farmed team" before until today.

My opponent told me that I farmed my team and that people like me ruin FUMBBL. I had never heard this term before and had to ask what this was. Apparently because my zombies aren't skilled up as much as my ghouls and mummies this is a farmed team and people don't like this?

Is this really frowned upon or was he just overreacting?

If you have a team with the key positional players being stars or better and the linos being one skill or less some people may not like it IF that team coach retires healthy players just because they have skilled up (for low tv efficiency). Though various people do this regularly for the stars and scrubs style.
Also Italians do tend to get angered a little easier than many other nationalities when losing, quite a passionate people. Smile
It does seem that you have retired healthy players. Why though have you even retired players that don't even have any spps and are healthy? Is it because you have risen killed opponent players and don't want more than 11? A bench is a decent thing for Undead (and many teams) even if some TV is on the bench for a chunk of the match instead of the field.

Personally I'm not keen on retiring healthy players, though I can see it can help with win rates in some circumstances. I like to let the player and background develop, and die (or retire injured) when their time comes. Their are worse cases than you.

Ranked coaches get to pick what games they want to play. So complaining through that is silly of your opponent. I thought your team was fine until I saw a couple Zombies dropped that looked pretty good to me. 1 Guarder, and one MB. Now I would rather you dropped them, so I don't have to face their wrath, but it is a bit Min/Maxy. You are in Ranked, do what you want.

That's something someone who doesn't know what they're talking about says. Farming is a process of team building, not team building in and of itself.

Farming is not equated to firing/rehiring. Farming would be that you only play against all halflings or all snot teams in a preconstructed way, just so you could get spp.

Even that isn't really farming.

It's just extreme picking.

Your opponent was being a bit douchie, I have a couple undead teams that fire healthy linemen all the time, but usually because I limit my rosters to 14 players maximum, and newly dead linemen need a roster spot

I guess? That is just how I tag any player that is too ridiculous for just normal tags so I remember to look at his player card

Edit

Also does this make Tito a Troll slayer?

Oh man. No, you are not a cheater.
I recommend the chat for that kind of inquiries.
Avoid public announcements like 'I'm a cheater'.

Not everyone bothers to actually read what you write.
