Find your team on the list of teams on the group page. Click 'leave' Smile

Of course that only works after you've been accepted into the group. If you applied but have not yet been admitted, the group will show on your main page but you won't see your team in the Teams list of the Group page. If you want to remove your application, send a PM to the group admin.
