Wellcome Blood Bowl fans to OBC Sports FUMBBL CUP Special!
After our FUMBBL CUP stunty special a couple of days ago, we have received many calls from viewers asking to know more about stunty teams performance in Majors.
Well my friends...let's have a look back to Majors history for Stunty teams in CRP era.
In a Pure Major the best team ever is...these gobs!!...Sanity Is Overrated
Their story is amazing. They were a ROOKIE gob team who decided to enter BLACK CUP in 2512 against all the big BOX guys of the time. Some people just laugh, some said there were crazy and would get killed first match and most just didn't even realise they were there. Game day 1 comes and they beat this Chaos Pact team.
Game Day 2 and they take care of some Wood Elves and went on by beating some Bloated NURGLE in game day 3, wow!.
Did they have enough? No way! Game day 4 and they keep rolling by taking down these famous Chaos Dwarves.
Cindarella tale was unfolding nicely but...it came to an end in this game day 5 match against Undead. After the Cup, the team disbanded to never be seen on a Blood Bowl pitch again...
Those rookie gobs made us dream of impossibles in a hot summer four years ago... 4-1 final record...what a great episode of Blood Bowl my friends.
Other Stunty teams have gone 5-1 in a Major...but...through a GLT Stunty qualifier...

Don't feel quite so confident myself - out of all of the matches I think it is the hardest to call!!!

None of these matches were easy to pick. First two rounds I thought were fairly easy and I had 5 confident picks each round (and was right on all of them I think)...but not so for this round. Games are getting tight - should be fun to watch!

Manzoo and I are playing at 1000 bbtime on Sunday. Should be an interesting one. Obviously monster chaos probably have the advantage but wrestling, leaping gutter runners and wizards should never be ignored (particularly with 16 players to absorb the damage). |
