Hi all,
I now have 2 locked out teams due to coaches offering a game and then not being there when I accept. What can be done about this?

You can pm a server admin, such as Kryten and ask him to cancel the game. |

First send a PM to the coaches and try to see if you can agree on a date/time to play your game.
It it's not possible or if you don't have any answer in 2-3 days, send a ticket via Help > Support and ask if it's possible to unlock your team. |

Thanks guys, I have pm'd the coaches and will give them a day or so then ask to cancel the games! |

Basically you have an 'enforce' and a 'cancellation' path. Cancellation path you don't have to wait, get your teams back instantly to play.
On the enforce path your team is locked for a while but you either get to play the game after all or there are serious consequences for your opponent.
Don't go for a mix out of both  . |

I don't want to be that guy.. Preferably I would be playing the games, but also want me teams back as I have a nice Elven Union team developing :/ |
