wouldn't work, remember some people only play TT leagues of 6-8 game seasons, 3 game mng would be retire. As an optional rule along those lines you could say - when a player is niggled you can rest them for 3 game (player MNG for 3 games) and they will be healed after, or if they play their next game they are stuck with niggle. That way if you want to use your house rule it is a one size fits all rule.
