Whats the best choice for my 6358 Sure Hands, Pass, Block, Accurate, +AG, +AG Thrower?
I'm favoring Safe Throw as he could, under pressure, easily pass even within a Tackle Zone. And with the blessings of such a Thrower I usually back up with him when needed and rely on the long bomb if possible.
Unfortunately Safe Throw requires a team re-roll.
Tackle is obvious, but my Blitzers are good for tackling anyways and I tend to develop the second Thrower to a sacker.
Dump Off could come super handy.
Fend is more a choice if <Ag4 or no Two Heads imo.
Kick Off Return seems like a waste for such a good player, but it could be the only skill of the discussed ones he benefits from in every game.
Nerves Of Steel is a waste to me with Ag5. |

Safe Throw doesn't allow to easily pass within a Tackle Zone, that's Nerves of Steel.
Safe Throw allows to cancel Interceptions and to hold the ball in case of unnatural fumble caused by negative modifiers. |

I was talking about not having to dodge in order to avoid an interception. |

I've got an almost identical player (no Block) on 50 SPP, so I'm following this intently. |

That is easy: Block, helpful on offense and on defense. But you're welcome to stay in this thread. |

Ah, I see.
I'd lean towards Kick-Off Return if you have a one turner, otherwise Dump Off or Safe Throw are both good.
Kick-Off Return would allow to reach the ball in any square of your half and with AG 5 even to catch it sometimes at Kick Off.
You tend to stay back with him so I would say either Kick-Off Return or Safe Throw. |

Voted safe throw, because with a 2+ to cancel an intercepti0n. you can throw the ball almost anywhere and interception is so much more unlikely.
Still for picking up the ball kick-off return might be even more useful. You get the possibility to pick up the ball alomost everywhere. |
