didn't oracle java drop support for *.jnlp-files?
Are people running old versions that support webstart? |

I edited both files mentioned by Lyracian, and I'm running openWebStart 1.5.0
Still no luck
Running elementaryOS 5.1.7 Hera |
I ended up commenting out the whole disabledAlgorithms line from the java.security file to get it to run with OpenWebStart 1.5.0.
#jdk.jar.disabledAlgorithms=MD2, MD5, RSA keySize < 1024, \
# DSA keySize < 1024, include jdk.disabled.namedCurves |

I search a few threads.. can't tell if these are answering my question, so here goes.
I'd just like to go back to the good old days where I click on 'Spectate' and the java client opens automatically, as opposed to downloading the file, then me clicking the file.
Is there an 'easy' tutorial for this. Can I just tick a box somewhere? |
