The PM option doesn't get any replies compared to the IRC channel. It just doesn't get attention the same way and is clunky. Maybe if it opened a pop up when you got PMed?

Been looking for a game for 38mins now, IRC has stopped working for me the gamefinder is just no substitute! Doh!

I like the gamefinder page, because u quickly can get a overview on what teams are looking for a game.
However since theres VERY rarely more than max. 10 coaches on the list (3-4 being the norm. i believe)
It´s hard to find what u want here, however I still challenge through Mirc.
And have never been challenged by any other means.

Oh and by the way to you guys who challenge like I do
I am Topper, not Topper 28 which funny enough is Topper 28.
It´s not unusual for me to be challenged 2-3 times from coaches who wants to play him.
Just a note, for those that cares - albeit be it none but me Smile

Okay..here's one...How do I actually get to the gamefinder from the v2 theme?
Anyone? I have hunted in the past and the only way I could find it was to change my theme to one that I didn't like.

Short of navigating there another way and then saving the short-cut...is there somewhere I should be looking?

Its a really great feature. And when people begin to use it it will be even better. But i guess it will take time. I still use both the gamefinder and then i use the lfg command, though i dont use the bblfg, I msg bowlbot with it instead (why doesnt everyone grrr)

i use bblfg in irc and the gamefinder, 2 ways are better than one imo.

I use only the gamefinder. And sometimes i wait for people challenging me, and sometimes i challenge other.

The gamefinder is very useful, because you see the teams classified by its TR

I use both to advertise my team but am more likely to challenge someone on GameFinder as bb lfg is just clutter.

I've decided to be a trooper and go exclusively through gamefinder. I assume the purpose was there to force everyone that route anyway. I like the feature, and I can see it getting more popular...

I'd be up for removing bb lfg as there's no reason not to use GameFinder...

Why spam crap in the chat channel when you can see a list ordered by TR with links to team pages?

i say keep both of them, the gamefinder is great but there's nothing easier than IRC to have a real-time answer of your challenged opponent (if he's not a bad-mannered person who doesn't answer when one talks to him, that is). whenever i LFG on the chan, i use the gamefinder as well, to maximise the chances of finding a game.

I say ditch the bb lfg. A lot of people do not check the gamefinder so sometimes you are forced to do both which kind of defeats the purpose of reducing spamming in the chat.
