Lets say you have a tier 1 team that starts with 6 skill points. You can spend 1 skill point and don't allocate it to a player ending to play with 5 skills in order to use 30k on your roster. So if you have 20k left then with the extra 30k from the skill you didn't use you can roster an Apothecary since his cost is 50k |

Can someone confirm what tier are Necromantic Horror? In tournament description they are tier3. But in roster creation excell (link in tournament description) tey are tier2. So what is reality?
PS they were Tier2 in Alicante recently |
