and absolutely no fruit. |

Nope. Maple syrup is one of the few things I can take pride in as a Canadian, ask Uber or Shepherd, if you want further confirmation. |

I bet Québec Maple Sirup is better than New-York one... The best one comes from having cold night (-15 or lower Celsius) with warm days (10 or higher Celsius).
And by the way, we are still part of the Canada... |

I live in Costa Rica and its been a few years since the last post in this thread. I just went to my fridge and pulled out a bottle of "Spring Tree" maple syrup. Grade A Dark Amber! I love waffles, the uneven butter is like a getting a surpise burst of butter randomly. |
