First time I heard his name was from a Canadian Announcer on ESPN. Canadians are so corruptive.

The team with the best recreation may win the gold. 8 matches in 12 days is consumptive.
While the finnish team seemed to be tired in the 3rd period against USA the russians looked fresher in their quarterfinal.

Finland only play for two periods. They need a securing lead by then if they don't want to lose.

Finland should be worried, the US shouldn't have even scored against them.

Let's not get ahead of things, let's see how it goes.

And just to remind you, the most important hockey matches are not played in Olympic arenas, but on the backyards and little ice rings where kids play for fun! That's real Ice hockey for ya!

There's not nearly enough violence in those backyards... Except sometimes of course... Oooh I remember back when... *talks on for a while*

Funny sorta quick story to show you how much parents play in to perceptions. When I was 10 or so my step-father told me about his friend that went to Finland to avoid the Vietnam war (he was a prime draft candidate). My stepfather told me that Finland was the "Land of Cowards" and only "wimps and degenerates lived there".

So there is no way Finland is winning Olympic Gold, you draft dodger harboring, girly men! Smile

Your British, do you even know what Ice hockey is? Lets face it, fumbbl is almost free drom Chzecks and Russians. There is however alot of Swedish and Finnish coaches. It will be really tense on fumbbl if Sweden and Finland faces off in the Finals.

Hhhm, maybe it's better if the chzecks and the russians get there afterall... Laughing

No, you're really confusing us with the Canucks.

Must be. You did know that the Green Beret John Wayne was playing was Finnish in real life? In retrospect I think the number of Finns serving in Vietnam war was greater than the number of Americans avoiding drafting by coming here.
