The following is from an actual e-mail sent by an actual (American) customer of the ISP I work for to the technical support e-mail queue (with safety changes).

Do you have a photo of Dick Cheney that does not show him cross-eyed and snarling? Admittedly, he's not particularly attractive, but every photo of him you run on the ***** home page makes him look insane and rabid. -John Doe ps: Your photos of George W. make him look confused and dazed, but that may not be your fault.

It's people like this that may my job worth doing!!!

I saved this one from my last job, in a certain well-known UK telecomms company call centre (I maintain there would be more job satifaction sweeping the streets; academia rocks by comparison):

Feedback from Mr ******** ****Telephone Number: Account Number: Email Address: ******er Comments :

I am sick of having avtomated messages come through to me at all hours of the day telling me how wonderfully lucky I am to have won "yada yada yada". I am also sick of having folks from India calling me to tell me how great it is that I have been selected to have won a new mobile phone as I don't like the bloody things and don't want a new one. I have double glazing and a conservatory, gas central heating and I don't want a timeshare. Now I know ** make money out of these calls but can I please ask you to spare a thought for your customers such as myself who don't want these intrusive calls. In short, you are big company who specialises in modern digital technology to provide your services. Do you honestly expect me to believe there is nothing you can do to stop these goat sh*gging companies wasting my fu**ng time? Best regards, Father * **** (Aethiest) Bless you all.

Hehe lol.
I work in Denmarks largest phone company.
About 6 months ago one of our guys found a fellow named "Nareh Fiseh". In Danish this is pronounced exactly the same way as the danish word for; well don´t know the english word but a girl who pretends that she´s willing to "go all the way", and then burns you off after pursuading you to give the cap to her place.
That was funny.

A rather more polite term would be coquette...

You need a word for people who don't need polite words.

Regular people works just as well, but I like the "Fazoonkas" suggestion.

They have a word, it is "American"

USA!!! USA!!!

(Yes, I am thrusting my fists in the air with each letter of USA)

I worked at a call center for MSN. I had to QA employee calls and let them know what they are doing wrong. My favorite QA/Firing session was when I sat the woman down and played back her call where she told the customer to "shut up and wait until she was done talking" and "speak when he is told he can". Finally he called her a **tch. She said he was a crazy old bastard, she knew his address and would come kick his ass if he said it again. Her defense, "You are playing that out of context".

I actually get the question, "Are you in India?" fairly often, find it hilarious.

Ah well, the only defense worth saying in case you've been taped.
