ELF, the elvish tournament to promote matches against all races
Before joining ELF, my team had 11-4 TDs, and I was an Emerging Star.
After joining ELF, my team has had 3-18 TDs, and currently I am Experienced and near my lowest rating ever (in 2008).
My advice: if you play elves, you'd better join ELF and get to know your real rating :D :D
