I think that it is a looser attitude. Probably people who do it had some kind of crisis in their childhood or something. Maybe they got beaten up by other kids. Now it is their turn to revenge!

i hate who foul turn 16. i can count on my hand how many times i fouled on turn 16. also if you are playing in BB except to get turn 16 fouled every game.

Nope, no issues in my childhood to be compensated for. Turn 16 Fouls are moderately spiteful but justifiable. Saying that, I doubt I'd bother if I was winning unless it was a horribly irritating player who came close to winning the match on his own and who i never want to see again.

Also, what if it's an [L] tourney, and theres a good chance you'll see the team next season (or you just drew, and now you need them to lose next match...)
I know I'd kick the shit out of that special player on turn 16...

If it was a tourney, I would be all over those fouls like white on rice. Or yellow on cheese, since it was against a skaven team? This was a BB team, though. Somewhat casual, I think unless I misunderstand BB teams though.
